12 about that part. I was part of that committee too. I
13 sat in some of the meetings with Eric. That's a
14 development that goes through the intense review that
15 this was going through. That wasn't really the aim of
16 that policy. The policy is aimed at trying to keep
17 encroachment from happening mainly in the residential
18 areas.
