4 a parking problem because that's the first experience,
5 the first experience and the last. So that's the
6 impression it's making.
7 That's why we've invested in underground
8 parking. That's why it's currently overparked
9 substantially. As Matt has said, 100 over the Biltmore
10 with more intense uses. I think we're fine. I really
11 do because we're investing a fortune in this hotel.
12 But you do also have the ability to come
13 back. I can't tell you all the things you may want to
14 do. But I'm going to be the first in line saying,
15 "We've got to change something in the operations," if
16 for some reason we're having a parking problem.
17 Valet goes a long way to helping that also
18 because we do have the ability to stack cars that you
19 can't in self-parking situation, and that's why we like
20 valet.

22 ancillary benefit just to get to a comment on ADD -- ADA
