within a learning organization
The intellectual capital existing inside <strong>the</strong> organization generates that organization’s values,
knowledge and intelligences. The output <strong>of</strong> values, <strong>of</strong> knowledge and intelligences depends greatly on
<strong>the</strong> input. The organization’s intellectual capital is built with <strong>the</strong> aid <strong>of</strong> human elements and structural
elements. Within our figure you can observe twice <strong>the</strong> term “intelligence” as it once relates to <strong>the</strong>
individual and <strong>the</strong>n to <strong>the</strong> group/company. The bottom line <strong>of</strong> this figure is that <strong>the</strong> circuit has <strong>the</strong>
logics and obviously shows <strong>the</strong> dynamics <strong>of</strong> intellectual capital within <strong>the</strong> organization. The
represented process is continuous and each time its “loop” is different as all components are dynamic
and change <strong>the</strong>ir proportions. The dynamics <strong>of</strong> human elements is irreversible and unstoppable as
individuals learn ei<strong>the</strong>r through training (if provided) or through practicing and experiencing; <strong>the</strong>
dynamics <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> structural elements is <strong>the</strong> consequence <strong>of</strong> humans’ entrepreneurship. The nature <strong>of</strong>
humans is to change everything around in order to suit <strong>the</strong>ir interests and this is why humans learned
in time to get things moving.
4. Intellectual capital within <strong>the</strong> learning organization
Rastogi (2002) views differently <strong>the</strong> links between <strong>the</strong> human capital and <strong>the</strong> structural capital. He
thinks that intellectual’s capital productivity depends on <strong>the</strong> strength and vitality <strong>of</strong> all its components,
