5.7.1 A request to move a working TC SYSTEMS CFA to another TC SYSTEMS
CFA, where both CFAs terminate in the same BellSouth Central Office (Change in
CFA), shall not constitute the establishment of new service. The applicable rates
are set forth in Exhibit A.
5.7.2 Requests to re-terminate one end of a facility that is not a Change in CFA
constitute the establishment of new service and require disconnection of existing
service and the applicable rates set forth in Exhibit A shall apply.
5.7.3 Upon request of TC SYSTEMS, BellSouth shall project manage the Change in
CFA or re-termination of a facility as described in Sections 5.7.1 and 5.7.2 above
and TC SYSTEMS may request OC-TS for such orders
5.7.4 BellSouth shall accept a Letter of Authorization (LOA) between TC SYSTEMS
and another carrier that will allow TC SYSTEMS to connect a facility, or
Combination that includes Dedicated Transport to the other carrier’s collocation
space or to another carrier’s CFA associated with higher bandwidth transport.
6. Line Information Database (LIDB) Storage
6.1 The LIDB is a database that stores current information on working telephone
numbers and billing account numbers. LIDB data is used by BellSouth’s customers
that subscribe to LIDB access to facilitate the proper completion of calls and/or
the billing of such calls to the appropriate subscriber line, and for fraud prevention.
6.2 LIDB storage shall be available to TC SYSTEMS when TC SYSTEMS is a
Facility Based Carrier. Such LIDB storage shall be at the request of TC
SYSTEMS to the BellSouth Account Manager. TC SYSTEMS shall provide
initial data, additions, updates and deletions to BellSouth to populate LIDB with
TC SYSTEMS’s end user information.
6.3 BellSouth provides access to information in its LIDB, including TC SYSTEMS
end user information to its LIDB customers via queries to LIDB. Information
stored in the BellSouth LIDB for TC SYSTEMS pursuant to this agreement shall
be available to BellSouth and its LIDB customers who launch queries to the LIDB.
6.4 BellSouth shall enable TC SYSTEMS to store in BellSouth’s LIDB any subscriber
line number or special billing number record.
