For UVL-SL1 and UCLs, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS must order and will be billed for both OC and OC-TS if<br />

requesting OC-TS.<br />

2.1.9 Bulk Migration<br />

2.1.9.1 If <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS requests to migrate twenty-five (25) or more UNE-Port/Loop<br />

Combination (UNE-P) customers to UNE-Loop (UNE-L) in the same Central<br />

Office on the same due date, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS must use the Bulk Migration process,<br />

which is described in the Bell<strong>South</strong> CLEC Information Package, “UNE-Port/Loop<br />

Combination (UNE-P) to UNE-Loop (UNE-L) Bulk Migration.” This CLEC<br />

Information package, incorporated herein by reference as it may be amended from<br />

time to time, is located at<br />

www.interconnection.bellsouth.com/guides/html/unes.html. The rates for the Bulk<br />

Migration process shall be the nonrecurring rates associated with the Loop type<br />

being requested on the Bulk Migration, as set forth in Exhibit A of this<br />

Attachment. Additionally, OSS charges will also apply per LSR generated per<br />

customer account as provided for in the Bulk Migration Request. The migration<br />

of Loops from Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) will be done pursuant to<br />

Section 2.6 of this Attachment. The Parties agree that if an appropriate regulatory<br />

body orders a different process, or a “batch cut” process, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS may elect<br />

to use either process, as appropriate.<br />

2.1.10 Provisioning and Coordinated Cutovers<br />

2.1.10.1 Section 2.1.10 contains the initial coordination procedures that the Parties agree<br />

to follow when <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS orders and Bell<strong>South</strong> provisions the conversion of<br />

active Bell<strong>South</strong> retail end users to a service configuration by which <strong>TC</strong><br />
