Association (NECA), Carrier Identification Code (CIC), Access Customer<br />

Name and Abbreviation (ACNA), Blanket Letter of Authorization (LOA),<br />

Misdirected Number form, and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable.<br />

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS<br />

may not order services under a new Q account established in accordance with<br />

this Section 1.1.4 until 30 days after all information specified in this Section is<br />

received from <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS.<br />

1.1.5 OCN. If <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS needs to change its Company Code(s) under which it<br />

operates when <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS has already been conducting business utilizing<br />

those Company Code(s), <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will submit such a request through<br />

the BFR/NBR request.<br />

1.1.6 Payment of all charges will be the responsibility of <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS. <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS shall make payment to Bell<strong>South</strong> on or before the next bill date in<br />

immediately available funds for all services billed except as otherwise<br />

provided in this Attachment. Payment is considered to have been made when<br />

received by Bell<strong>South</strong>. Bell<strong>South</strong> is not responsible for payments not<br />

received by <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS from <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s end user. Bell<strong>South</strong> will<br />

not become involved in billing disputes that may arise between <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS and it end user. Payments made to Bell<strong>South</strong>, as payment on<br />

account will be credited to an accounts receivable master account and not to<br />

an end user’s account.<br />

1.1.7 Upon proof of tax exempt certification from <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS, the total amount<br />

billed to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will not include any taxes due from the end user to<br />

reflect the tax exempt certification and local tax laws. <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will be<br />

solely responsible for the computation, tracking, reporting, and payment of<br />

taxes applicable to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s end user.<br />

1.1.8 Bell<strong>South</strong> will not perform billing and collection services for <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS<br />

as a result of the execution of this Agreement. All requests for billing services<br />

should be referred to the appropriate entity or operational group within<br />

Bell<strong>South</strong>.<br />

1.1.9 Deposit Policy <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall complete the Bell<strong>South</strong> Credit Profile and<br />

provide information to Bell<strong>South</strong> regarding credit worthiness, unless<br />

satisfactory credit has already been established. Based on the results of any<br />

Bell<strong>South</strong> credit analysis, Bell<strong>South</strong> reserves the right to secure the account<br />

with a suitable form of security deposit. Such security deposit shall take the<br />

form of cash, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (Bell<strong>South</strong> form), Surety Bond<br />

(Bell<strong>South</strong> form) or, in Bell<strong>South</strong>’s sole discretion, some other form of<br />

security proposed by <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS. Any such security deposit shall in no<br />

way release <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS from its obligation to make complete and timely<br />
