Association (NECA), Carrier Identification Code (CIC), Access Customer
Name and Abbreviation (ACNA), Blanket Letter of Authorization (LOA),
Misdirected Number form, and a tax exemption certificate, if applicable.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, TC SYSTEMS
may not order services under a new Q account established in accordance with
this Section 1.1.4 until 30 days after all information specified in this Section is
received from TC SYSTEMS.
1.1.5 OCN. If TC SYSTEMS needs to change its Company Code(s) under which it
operates when TC SYSTEMS has already been conducting business utilizing
those Company Code(s), TC SYSTEMS will submit such a request through
the BFR/NBR request.
1.1.6 Payment of all charges will be the responsibility of TC SYSTEMS. TC
SYSTEMS shall make payment to BellSouth on or before the next bill date in
immediately available funds for all services billed except as otherwise
provided in this Attachment. Payment is considered to have been made when
received by BellSouth. BellSouth is not responsible for payments not
received by TC SYSTEMS from TC SYSTEMS’s end user. BellSouth will
not become involved in billing disputes that may arise between TC
SYSTEMS and it end user. Payments made to BellSouth, as payment on
account will be credited to an accounts receivable master account and not to
an end user’s account.
1.1.7 Upon proof of tax exempt certification from TC SYSTEMS, the total amount
billed to TC SYSTEMS will not include any taxes due from the end user to
reflect the tax exempt certification and local tax laws. TC SYSTEMS will be
solely responsible for the computation, tracking, reporting, and payment of
taxes applicable to TC SYSTEMS’s end user.
1.1.8 BellSouth will not perform billing and collection services for TC SYSTEMS
as a result of the execution of this Agreement. All requests for billing services
should be referred to the appropriate entity or operational group within
BellSouth.
1.1.9 Deposit Policy TC SYSTEMS shall complete the BellSouth Credit Profile and
provide information to BellSouth regarding credit worthiness, unless
satisfactory credit has already been established. Based on the results of any
BellSouth credit analysis, BellSouth reserves the right to secure the account
with a suitable form of security deposit. Such security deposit shall take the
form of cash, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (BellSouth form), Surety Bond
(BellSouth form) or, in BellSouth’s sole discretion, some other form of
security proposed by TC SYSTEMS. Any such security deposit shall in no
way release TC SYSTEMS from its obligation to make complete and timely
