7.3 Joint Planning. Joint planning between Bell<strong>South</strong> and <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will commence<br />

within a maximum of twenty (20) calendar days from Bell<strong>South</strong>'s receipt of a BFFO.<br />

Bell<strong>South</strong> will provide the preliminary design of the Remote Collocation Space and the<br />

equipment configuration requirements as reflected in the Bona Fide application and<br />

affirmed in the BFFO. The Remote Collocation Space completion time period will be<br />

provided to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS during joint planning. The Remote Site Collocation Space<br />

completion interval as already provided for in Section 7.1. will not change.<br />

7.4 Permits. Each Party or its agents will diligently pursue filing for the permits required<br />

for the scope of work to be performed by that Party or its agents within ten (10)<br />

calendar days of the completion of finalized construction designs and specifications.<br />

7.5 Acceptance Walkthrough. <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will schedule and complete an acceptance<br />

walkthrough of each Remote Collocation Space with Bell<strong>South</strong> within fifteen (15)<br />

calendar days of Bell<strong>South</strong>’s notifying <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS that the Remote Collocation<br />

Space is ready for occupancy. In the event that <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS fails to complete an<br />

acceptance walkthrough within this fifteen (15) calendar day interval, the Remote<br />

Collocation Space shall be deemed accepted by <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS on the Space Ready<br />

Date. Bell<strong>South</strong> will correct any deviations to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s original or jointly<br />

amended requirements within seven (7) calendar days after the walkthrough, unless the<br />

Parties jointly agree upon a different time frame.<br />

7.6 Use of Bell<strong>South</strong> Certified Supplier. <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall select a supplier which has<br />

been approved by Bell<strong>South</strong> to perform all engineering and installation work <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS and <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s Bell<strong>South</strong> Certified Supplier must follow and<br />

comply with all Bell<strong>South</strong> requirements outlined in Bell<strong>South</strong>’s TR 73503, TR 73519,<br />

TR 73572, and TR 73564. In some cases, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS must select separate<br />

Bell<strong>South</strong> Certified Suppliers for transmission equipment, switching equipment and<br />

power equipment. Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS with a list of Bell<strong>South</strong><br />

Certified Suppliers upon request. The Bell<strong>South</strong> Certified Supplier(s) shall be<br />

responsible for installing <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s equipment and components, extending<br />

power cabling to the Bell<strong>South</strong> power distribution frame, performing operational tests<br />

after installation is complete, and notifying Bell<strong>South</strong>’s Outside Plant engineers and<br />

<strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS upon successful completion of installation. The Bell<strong>South</strong> Certified<br />

Supplier shall bill <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS directly for all work performed for <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS<br />

pursuant to this Attachment, and Bell<strong>South</strong> shall have no liability for nor responsibility<br />

to pay such charges imposed by the Bell<strong>South</strong> Certified Supplier. Bell<strong>South</strong> shall<br />

make available its supplier certification program to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS or any supplier<br />

proposed by <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS and will not unreasonably withhold certification. All<br />

work performed by or for <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall conform to generally accepted industry<br />

standards.<br />

7.7 Alarm and Monitoring. Bell<strong>South</strong> may place alarms in the Remote Site Location for<br />

the protection of Bell<strong>South</strong> equipment and facilities. <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall be<br />

responsible for placement, monitoring and removal of environmental and equipment<br />
