point of termination connections. TC SYSTEMS and its designated BellSouth
Certified Supplier must follow and comply with all BellSouth Specifications outlined in
the following BellSouth Technical Requirements: TR 73503, TR 73519, TR 73572,
and TR 73564.
5.15 BellSouth’s Access to Collocation Space. From time to time, BellSouth may require
access to TC SYSTEMS’s Collocation Space. BellSouth retains the right to access
TC SYSTEMS’s space for the purpose of making BellSouth equipment and building
modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring,
HVAC, and cabling). BellSouth will give notice to TC SYSTEMS at least forty-eight
(48) hours before access to TC SYSTEMS’s Collocation Space is required. TC
SYSTEMS may elect to be present whenever BellSouth performs work in TC
SYSTEMS’s Collocation Space. The Parties agree that TC SYSTEMS will not bear
any of the expense associated with this type of work.
5.16 Access. Pursuant to Section 11, TC SYSTEMS shall have access to its Collocation
Space twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. TC SYSTEMS agrees to
provide the name and social security number, date of birth, or driver’s license number
of each employee, supplier, or agent of TC SYSTEMS or TC SYSTEMS’s Guest(s)
that will be provided with access keys or cards (Access Keys), prior to the issuance of
said Access Keys, using form RF-2906-C, the “CLEC and CLEC Certified Supplier
Access Request and Acknowledgement” form. The appropriate key acknowledgement
forms (the “Collocation Acknowledgement Sheet” for access cards and the “Key
Acknowledgement Form” for keys) must be signed by TC SYSTEMS and returned to
BellSouth Access Management within fifteen (15) calendar days of TC SYSTEMS’s
receipt. Failure to return these properly acknowledged forms will result in the holding
of subsequent access key or card requests until the proper key acknowledgement
documents have been received by BellSouth and reflect current information. Access
Keys may not be duplicated under any circumstances. TC SYSTEMS agrees to be
responsible for all Access Keys and for the return of all Access Keys in the possession
of TC SYSTEMS’s employees, suppliers, agents, or Guest(s) after termination of the
employment relationship, the contractual obligation with TC SYSTEMS ends, upon
the termination of this Attachment, or upon the termination of occupancy of
Collocation Space in a specific BellSouth Premises.
5.16.1 BellSouth will permit one (1) accompanied site visit to TC SYSTEMS’s designated
Collocation Space, after receipt of the BFFO, without charge to TC SYSTEMS. TC
SYSTEMS must submit to BellSouth the completed Access Control Request Form for
all employees or agents requiring access to a BellSouth Premises at least thirty (30)
calendar days prior to the date TC SYSTEMS desires access to the Collocation Space.
In order to permit reasonable access during construction of the Collocation Space, TC
SYSTEMS may submit a request for its one (1) accompanied site visit to its
designated Collocation Space at any time subsequent to BellSouth’s receipt of the
BFFO. In the event TC SYSTEMS desires access to the Collocation Space after
submitting such a request, but prior to the approval of its access request, in addition to
the first accompanied free visit, BellSouth shall permit TC SYSTEMS to access the
