point of termination connections. <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS and its designated Bell<strong>South</strong><br />

Certified Supplier must follow and comply with all Bell<strong>South</strong> Specifications outlined in<br />

the following Bell<strong>South</strong> Technical Requirements: TR 73503, TR 73519, TR 73572,<br />

and TR 73564.<br />

5.15 Bell<strong>South</strong>’s Access to Collocation Space. From time to time, Bell<strong>South</strong> may require<br />

access to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s Collocation Space. Bell<strong>South</strong> retains the right to access<br />

<strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s space for the purpose of making Bell<strong>South</strong> equipment and building<br />

modifications (e.g., running, altering or removing racking, ducts, electrical wiring,<br />

HVAC, and cabling). Bell<strong>South</strong> will give notice to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS at least forty-eight<br />

(48) hours before access to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s Collocation Space is required. <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS may elect to be present whenever Bell<strong>South</strong> performs work in <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS’s Collocation Space. The Parties agree that <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will not bear<br />

any of the expense associated with this type of work.<br />

5.16 Access. Pursuant to Section 11, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall have access to its Collocation<br />

Space twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS agrees to<br />

provide the name and social security number, date of birth, or driver’s license number<br />

of each employee, supplier, or agent of <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS or <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s Guest(s)<br />

that will be provided with access keys or cards (Access Keys), prior to the issuance of<br />

said Access Keys, using form RF-2906-C, the “CLEC and CLEC Certified Supplier<br />

Access Request and Acknowledgement” form. The appropriate key acknowledgement<br />

forms (the “Collocation Acknowledgement Sheet” for access cards and the “Key<br />

Acknowledgement Form” for keys) must be signed by <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS and returned to<br />

Bell<strong>South</strong> Access Management within fifteen (15) calendar days of <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s<br />

receipt. Failure to return these properly acknowledged forms will result in the holding<br />

of subsequent access key or card requests until the proper key acknowledgement<br />

documents have been received by Bell<strong>South</strong> and reflect current information. Access<br />

Keys may not be duplicated under any circumstances. <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS agrees to be<br />

responsible for all Access Keys and for the return of all Access Keys in the possession<br />

of <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s employees, suppliers, agents, or Guest(s) after termination of the<br />

employment relationship, the contractual obligation with <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS ends, upon<br />

the termination of this Attachment, or upon the termination of occupancy of<br />

Collocation Space in a specific Bell<strong>South</strong> Premises.<br />

5.16.1 Bell<strong>South</strong> will permit one (1) accompanied site visit to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s designated<br />

Collocation Space, after receipt of the BFFO, without charge to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS. <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS must submit to Bell<strong>South</strong> the completed Access Control Request Form for<br />

all employees or agents requiring access to a Bell<strong>South</strong> Premises at least thirty (30)<br />

calendar days prior to the date <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS desires access to the Collocation Space.<br />

In order to permit reasonable access during construction of the Collocation Space, <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS may submit a request for its one (1) accompanied site visit to its<br />

designated Collocation Space at any time subsequent to Bell<strong>South</strong>’s receipt of the<br />

BFFO. In the event <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS desires access to the Collocation Space after<br />

submitting such a request, but prior to the approval of its access request, in addition to<br />

the first accompanied free visit, Bell<strong>South</strong> shall permit <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS to access the<br />
