1 Upon written request from TC SYSTEMS, BellSouth will provide the Enhanced
Optional Daily Usage File (“EODUF”) service to TC SYSTEMS pursuant to the
terms and conditions set forth in this section. EODUF will only be sent to existing
ODUF subscribers who request the EODUF option.
2 TC SYSTEMS shall furnish all relevant information required by BellSouth for the
provision of the Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File.
3 The EODUF will provide usage data for local calls originating from resold Flat
Rate Business and Residential Lines.
4 Charges for delivery of the Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File will appear on TC
SYSTEMSs’ monthly bills for the previous month’s usage. The charges are as set
forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment 7, incorporated herein by this reference.
5 All messages will be in the standard Alliance for Telecommunications Industry
Solutions (“ATIS”) EMI record format.
6 Messages that error in the billing system of TC SYSTEMS will be the
responsibility of TC SYSTEMS. If, however, TC SYSTEMS should encounter
significant volumes of errored messages that prevent processing by TC SYSTEMS
within its systems, BellSouth will work with TC SYSTEMS to determine the
source of the errors and the appropriate resolution.
7 The following specifications shall apply to the Optional Daily Usage File.
7.1 Usage To Be Transmitted
7.1.1 The following messages recorded by BellSouth will be transmitted to TC
SYSTEMS:
Customer usage data for flat rated local call originating from CLEC end user lines
(1FB or 1FR). The EODUF record for flat rate messages will include:
Date of Call
From Number
To Number
Connect Time
Conversation Time
