3.14 Requests for due dates that are earlier than the Bell<strong>South</strong> offered date will be<br />

treated as an expedite request. In order to request an expedited due date, <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS must request the expedite through the appropriate Bell<strong>South</strong><br />

service center on the appropriate service request form. The Bell<strong>South</strong> service<br />

center will coordinate the request internally with the appropriate groups within<br />

Bell<strong>South</strong> in order to establish the date Bell<strong>South</strong> will target as the offered<br />

date. The Bell<strong>South</strong> service center will advise <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS of this date on<br />

the FOC. If the date on the FOC does not meet <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s expedited<br />

request, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS may escalate to the appropriate center. Bell<strong>South</strong> may<br />

bill expedite charges for expedited due date pursuant to the charges in Exhibit<br />

A of Attachment 2 and will advise <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS of any charges at the time<br />

the offered date is provided. Bell<strong>South</strong> will provide an escalation list to <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS containing the names and numbers of the appropriate personnel<br />

escalations are to be referred.<br />

3.15 When <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS orders Services and Elements electronically pursuant to<br />

this Agreement, Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide all responses, notifications and other<br />

communications electronically. Except for completion notifications, when <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS orders Services and Elements manually pursuant to this<br />

Agreement, Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide all responses, notifications and other<br />

communications in the same manner in which it was submitted. These<br />

notifications will also be available through Bell<strong>South</strong>’s interconnection website.<br />

Such notice will be made as set forth in Attachment 9 as soon as the status<br />

change is identified. These notifications, responses, and other communications<br />

include, but are not limited to Firm Order Confirmations, Due Date jeopardies,<br />

Rejections/Clarifications/Errors in any of the data element(s) fields,<br />

Completion Notices, and Billing Completion Notices.<br />

3.16 Bell<strong>South</strong> and <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will perform co-operative testing (including<br />

trouble shooting to isolate problems) to test any Services and Elements<br />

purchased by <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS pursuant to this Agreement in order to identify<br />

any performance problems identified at turn-up of the Services and Elements.<br />

3.17 Where Bell<strong>South</strong> provides installation on behalf of <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS, Bell<strong>South</strong><br />

shall advise the <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS end user to notify <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS immediately<br />

if the <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS end user requests a service change, moves, or any other<br />

additional work at the time of installation.<br />

3.18 Upon <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s request through a Suspend/Restore Order, Bell<strong>South</strong><br />

shall suspend or restore the functionality of any Services and Elements<br />

provided pursuant to this Agreement.<br />

3.19 Unless otherwise ordered by <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS, when <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS orders<br />

Services and Elements pursuant to this Agreement, all pre-assigned trunk or<br />

telephone numbers currently associated with those Services and Elements shall<br />

be retained without loss of switched based features where such features exist.<br />

<strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall be responsible for ensuring that associated functions (e.g.,<br />

CCCS 325 of 433
