1 Upon written request from <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS, Bell<strong>South</strong> will provide the Optional<br />

Daily Usage File (“ODUF”) service to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS pursuant to the terms and<br />

conditions set forth in this section.<br />

2 <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall furnish all relevant information required by Bell<strong>South</strong> for the<br />

provision of the Optional Daily Usage File.<br />

3 Optional Daily Usage File (“ODUF”) contains completed messages and operator<br />

attempted messages that were carried over the Bell<strong>South</strong> Network and processed<br />

by Bell<strong>South</strong> but belongs to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS. Bell<strong>South</strong> will provide <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS usage data for <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS customers only and will not submit<br />

other local carrier usage data as part of the <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS usage data. In the rare<br />

event an order error causes Bell<strong>South</strong> to deliver other carriers messages in the <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS ODUF feed, Bell<strong>South</strong> will send <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS killer/cancel records<br />

to back out such records and if billed, Bell<strong>South</strong> will credit all charges associated<br />

with such records.<br />

Charges for delivery of the Optional Daily Usage File will appear on <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMSs’ monthly bills for the previous month’s usage. The charges are as set<br />

forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment 7, incorporated herein by this reference.<br />

4 The Optional Daily Usage File will contain both rated and unrated messages. All<br />

messages will be in the standard Alliance for Telecommunications Industry<br />

Solutions (“ATIS”) EMI record format.<br />

5 Messages that error in the billing system of <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will be the<br />

responsibility of <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS. If, however, <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS should encounter<br />

significant volumes of errored messages that prevent processing by the <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS within its systems, Bell<strong>South</strong> will work with <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS to<br />

determine the source of the errors and the appropriate resolution.<br />

6. The following specifications shall apply to the Optional Daily Usage Feed.<br />

6.1 Usage To Be Transmitted<br />

6.1.1 The following messages recorded by Bell<strong>South</strong> will be transmitted to <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS:<br />
