1 Upon written request from TC SYSTEMS, BellSouth will provide the Optional
Daily Usage File (“ODUF”) service to TC SYSTEMS pursuant to the terms and
conditions set forth in this section.
2 TC SYSTEMS shall furnish all relevant information required by BellSouth for the
provision of the Optional Daily Usage File.
3 Optional Daily Usage File (“ODUF”) contains completed messages and operator
attempted messages that were carried over the BellSouth Network and processed
by BellSouth but belongs to TC SYSTEMS. BellSouth will provide TC
SYSTEMS usage data for TC SYSTEMS customers only and will not submit
other local carrier usage data as part of the TC SYSTEMS usage data. In the rare
event an order error causes BellSouth to deliver other carriers messages in the TC
SYSTEMS ODUF feed, BellSouth will send TC SYSTEMS killer/cancel records
to back out such records and if billed, BellSouth will credit all charges associated
with such records.
Charges for delivery of the Optional Daily Usage File will appear on TC
SYSTEMSs’ monthly bills for the previous month’s usage. The charges are as set
forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment 7, incorporated herein by this reference.
4 The Optional Daily Usage File will contain both rated and unrated messages. All
messages will be in the standard Alliance for Telecommunications Industry
Solutions (“ATIS”) EMI record format.
5 Messages that error in the billing system of TC SYSTEMS will be the
responsibility of TC SYSTEMS. If, however, TC SYSTEMS should encounter
significant volumes of errored messages that prevent processing by the TC
SYSTEMS within its systems, BellSouth will work with TC SYSTEMS to
determine the source of the errors and the appropriate resolution.
6. The following specifications shall apply to the Optional Daily Usage Feed.
6.1 Usage To Be Transmitted
6.1.1 The following messages recorded by BellSouth will be transmitted to TC
SYSTEMS:
