1.14.2.2 The Parties reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for nonpayment.<br />

If payment of amounts not subject to a billing dispute, as described in Section<br />

1.12, is not received by the bill date in the month after the original bill date,<br />

either party may provide written notice to the other party that additional<br />

applications for service may be refused, that any pending orders for service<br />

may not be completed, and/or that access to ordering systems may be<br />

suspended if payment of such amounts and all amounts billed in accordance<br />

with this Attachment that are not in dispute, is not received by the fifteenth<br />

day following the date of the notice. In addition either party may, at the same<br />

time, provide written notice to the person designated by either party to receive<br />

notices of noncompliance that either party may discontinue the provision of<br />

existing services to the other party if payment of such amounts such amounts<br />

and all amounts billed in accordance with this Attachment that are not in<br />

dispute, is not received by the thirtieth day following the date of the initial<br />

notice.<br />

1.14.2.3 In the case of such discontinuance, all billed undisputed charges, as well as<br />

applicable termination charges, shall become due.<br />

1.14.2.4 If either party does not discontinue the provision of the services involved on<br />

the date specified in the thirty (30) days’ notice and the other party’s<br />

noncompliance continues, nothing contained herein shall preclude the noticing<br />

party’s right to discontinue the provision of the services to the other party<br />

without further notice.<br />

1.14.2.5 Upon discontinuance of service on a party’s account, service to such party’s<br />

end users will be denied. The denying party will reestablish service for the<br />

denied party upon payment of all past due undisputed charges and the<br />

appropriate connection fee, subject to the denying party’s normal application<br />

procedures. The denied party is solely responsible for notifying the end user<br />

of the proposed disconnection of the service. If within fifteen (15) days after<br />

a party’s service has been denied and no arrangements to reestablish service<br />

have been made consistent with this subsection, such party’s service will be<br />

discontinued.<br />

1.15 Adjustments<br />

1.15.1 Subject to the terms of this Attachment 7, Bell<strong>South</strong> will adjust incorrect<br />

billing charges to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS. Such adjustments shall be set forth in the<br />

appropriate section of the bill pursuant to CBOS or CLUB/EDI standards.<br />
