19.3.1.2 Bell<strong>South</strong> shall assure sufficient capacity at the 911 tandem or selective router to meet<br />

<strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS’s requests for interconnection within thirty (30) days after receipt of the<br />

request. There shall be no limit on the number of trunks used by <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS to<br />

connect to the 911 tandem or selective router to ensure P.01 grade of service. P.01<br />

grade of service is the minimum recommended grade of service for 911 trunk groups.<br />

Interconnection to the 911 tandem shall be established to provide path and route<br />

diversity.<br />

19.3.2 Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide the following information to <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS, and shall promptly<br />

notify <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS of any changes:<br />

19.3.2.1 Bell<strong>South</strong> processes and requirements for ordering trunks for 911 trunks and<br />

interconnection to the 911 tandem or selective router.<br />

19.3.2.2 Trunk group specifications.<br />

19.3.2.3 E911 tandem CLLI codes, circuit IDs, point codes, LEC order number, and TS<br />

(Two Six) code and address.<br />

19.3.2.4 Description of Bell<strong>South</strong>’s diversity for facility routing.<br />

19.3.2.5 Maintenance procedures for 911 trunk groups, including, but not limited to,<br />

contact names and numbers, escalation lists, the hours that maintenance is available,<br />

and the 8YY number that the Bell<strong>South</strong> provides for access to 24X7 support for 911<br />

arrangements. Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide contact names and numbers, escalation lists, and<br />

the hours that maintenance is available.<br />

20 911 Call Routing<br />

20.1 Bell<strong>South</strong> shall route E911 calls delivered by <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS to Bell<strong>South</strong>’s 911 tandems<br />

or selective routers to PSAPs in the same manner that Bell<strong>South</strong> routes E911 calls from<br />

its own retail customers.<br />

21 Automatic Location Identification/Data Management System (ALI/ DMS)<br />

21.1 Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide an electronic interface to the ALI/DMS database, through<br />

which <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS or its agent may provide a daily update of <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS Customer<br />

information. Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS with the record input format,<br />

consistent with NENA-02-001 (NENA Recommended Formats for Data Exchange).<br />

Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide error reports from the ALI/DMS data base to <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS<br />

immediately after <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS or its agent enters information into the ALI/DMS<br />

database. Bell<strong>South</strong> shall defend and indemnify <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS against any claims<br />

resulting from Bell<strong>South</strong>’s delay or failure in processing <strong>TC</strong> SYTEMS Customer<br />

information or providing error reports.<br />
