entries to databases and 911/E911 capability) are properly ordered or retained<br />

on the service request.<br />

3.20 Operational Support <strong>Systems</strong><br />

3.21 LSRs submitted by means of an electronic interface will incur an OSS<br />

electronic ordering charge. An individual LSR will be identified for billing<br />

purposes by its Purchase Order Number (PON). LSRs submitted by means<br />

other than an interactive interface (mail, fax, courier, etc.) will incur a manual<br />

order charge.<br />

3.22 Denial/Restoral OSS Charge<br />

3.22.1 In the event <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS provides a list of customers to be denied and<br />

restored, rather than an LSR, each location on the list will require a separate<br />

PON and therefore will be billed as one LSR per location.<br />

3.23 Cancellation OSS Charge<br />

3.23.1 <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS will incur an OSS charge for an accepted LSR that is later<br />

canceled.<br />

3.24 Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another<br />

OSS charge.<br />

4 Maintenance and Repair<br />

4.1 Bell<strong>South</strong> shall provide to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS electronic access to its OSS for the<br />

purpose of performing maintenance functions for all Services and Elements<br />

provided pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the terms and<br />

conditions of this Attachment 6 and as set forth in the Operational<br />

Understanding negotiated between Bell<strong>South</strong> and <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS Maintenance<br />

Centers (“Operational Understanding”). Bell<strong>South</strong> will not make changes to<br />

the Operational Understanding negotiated between Bell<strong>South</strong> and <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS without <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS’s agreement. Specifications for access and<br />

use of Bell<strong>South</strong>'s maintenance and repair interfaces are set forth at Bell<strong>South</strong>'s<br />

interconnection website and are incorporated herein by reference.<br />

4.2 Bell<strong>South</strong> service technicians shall provide to <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS end users repair<br />

service that is at least equal in quality to that provided to Bell<strong>South</strong> end users<br />

and trouble calls from <strong>TC</strong> SYSTEMS shall receive response time priority that<br />

is at least equal to that of Bell<strong>South</strong> end users and shall be handled on a "first<br />

come first served" basis regardless of whether the end user is an <strong>TC</strong><br />

SYSTEMS end user or a Bell<strong>South</strong> end user.<br />
