28. SUPERSEDURE OF PREVIOUS AGREEMENT(S)
28.1 This Attachment 8 supersedes all previous agreements, whether written or oral,
between BellSouth and Licensee for attachment and maintenance of Licensee's
Communications Facilities on Pole(s), Anchor(s), and in Conduit Systems within
the geographical area covered by this Attachment 8; and there are no other
provisions, terms or conditions to this Attachment 8 except as expressed herein.
All currently effective licenses heretofore granted pursuant to such previous
agreements shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Attachment 8.
29. Rates
29.1 Pole attachment rates hereunder shall be established pursuant to the provision of
and formulas set forth in the Pole Attachment act, regulations issued pursuant
thereto, and interpretations thereof by governmental authorities with jurisdiction
over such matters.
