Description The purpose of this program is to determine if there are any opportunities in<br />

customers’ industrial manufacturing processes that could help reduce the<br />

amount of natural gas used at their facilities, as well as to look for opportunities<br />

for customer projects to be pilot projects for each industrial sector. The<br />

Companies’ financial support will help customers hire an engineering<br />

firm/contractor to conduct an energy efficiency audit at their facilities/plants,<br />

which will investigate specific natural gas savings opportunities. Audits will<br />

include an inventory of the equipment and related infrastructure including steam<br />

distribution networks. The current operating efficiencies, and the age and<br />

condition of the equipment will be determined. Energy audits will also include<br />

drawings, process diagrams, current energy use, and operating and<br />
