(b) an applicable integrated resource plan
approved under section 4 of the Clean Energy Act,
and
(c) the extent to which the application for the
proposed contract is consistent with the
requirements under section 19 of the Clean Energy
Act.
71 Section 125 (2) is amended by adding the following paragraph:
72 Section 125.1 is amended
(e) requiring the commission to set a rate for the
purposes of section 28 (2.1) and prescribing
requirements for the purposes of that section.
(a) by repealing subsections (2), (3) and (4) (a), (c), (d), (f)
and (j) to (n), and
(b) in subsection (4) (e) by adding "and" at the end of
subparagraph (ii), by striking out ", and" at the end of
subparagraph (iii) and by repealing subparagraph (iv).
73 Section 125.2 (3) is amended by striking out "transmission
corporation" and substituting "authority".
Wildfire Act
74 Section 7 of the Wildfire Act, S.B.C. 2004, c. 31, is amended
(a) by adding the following subsections:
(2.1) A person who is in a prescribed class of persons and
who carries out an industrial activity or a prescribed activity
on an area must, within the prescribed period and to the
prescribed extent, abate a fire hazard on the area.
(2.2) A person referred to in subsection (2) is not required to
abate a fire hazard on an area if a person referred to in
subsection (2.1) is required to abate the fire hazard. , and
