Council SUPPORTS the Interim Listing of the ‘Mount Flora Water Tower (Former) and Lookout’ located on Lot 50, House Number 30A, Elvire Street Watermans Bay into the State Register of Heritage Places. 2. Council DOES NOT support the inclusion of Lot 202, House Number 30, Elvire Street, Watermans Bay within the curtilage of the 'Mount Flora Water Tower (Former) and Lookout' as part of the Interim listing of that Place. 128
MINUTES OF THE ORDINARY MEETING OF COUNCIL 18 SEPTEMBER 2012 Procedural Motion Council Resolution 0912/031 Moved Councillor Willox, seconded Councillor Jenkinson That the item relating to the Mount Flora Water Tower and Lookout, Laurie Strutt Reserve Watermans Bay - Interim Listing on State Register of Heritage Places be REFFERED to the Planning and Development Committee meeting to enable further information to be provided to Councillors. The motion was put and declared CARRIED (13/0). For: Councillors Boothman, Cooke, Ferrante, Italiano, Jenkinson, Lagan, Michael, Proud, Robbins, Sargent, Stewart, Tyzack and Willox. Against: Nil. Committee Recommendation That the item relating to the Mount Flora Water Tower and Lookout, Lauire Strutt Reserve Watermans Bay - Interim Listing on State Register of Heritage Places be REFERRED to the Council meeting to be held 18 September 2012 to enable further clarification to be provided. Officer's Recommendation That the Heritage Council of Western Australia be ADVISED that:- 3.
