11. REPORTS FOR CONSIDERATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
4.2(4) OF THE MEETING PROCEDURES LOCAL LAW 2009
In accordance with Section 4.2(4) of the City of Stirling Meeting Procedures Local Law 2009,
the Chief Executive Officer may include on the minutes of a Council meeting in an
appropriate place within the order of business any matter which must be decided, or which
he considers is appropriate to be decided, by that meeting.

licences, applications for other permits/licences (eg under Health
Act, Dog Act or Local Laws) and other decisions that may be
appealable to the State Administrative Tribunal.
