The motion was put and declared CARRIED (13/0) by an Absolute Majority Vote.
For: Councillors Boothman, Cooke, Ferrante, Italiano, Jenkinson, Lagan, Michael, Proud,
Robbins, Sargent, Stewart, Tyzack and Willox.
Against: Nil.
Committee Recommendation
That Council REVOKE the following City of Stirling policies:-

b. D101102 - Notices – Service for Offences Under the Health Act 1911;

d. D101201 - Health Licences - Annual Registration Fees;
e. D101301 - Building Requiring Repairs and Maintenance - Orders;
f. D101401 - Keeping of Pigeons;
g. D101501 - Delegation of Authority - Use of Loudspeakers;
h. G101002 - Caravan Sites - Temporary;
i. J105102 - Road Reserves – Material On;
