The motion was put and declared CARRIED (13/0) by exception resolution (page 184
refers).
For: Councillors Boothman, Cooke, Ferrante, Italiano, Jenkinson, Lagan, Michael, Proud,
Robbins, Sargent, Stewart, Tyzack and Willox.
Against: Nil.
Committee Recommendation
That pursuant to Clause 10.3.1 of Local Planning Scheme No.3, the application for a
Change of use from ‘Office’ to ‘Fast Food Outlet’ at Lot 7, House Number 80, Scarborough
Beach Road, Scarborough be APPROVED subject to the following conditions:-
a. No dine in facilities are to be provided on site. The take away nature of the proposal
being maintained; and
b. The business is not to operate outside the hours of 6.30am - 4.00pm.
