The motion was put and declared CARRIED (13/0) by exception resolution (page 184
refers).
For: Councillors Boothman, Cooke, Ferrante, Italiano, Jenkinson, Lagan, Michael, Proud,
Robbins, Sargent, Stewart, Tyzack and Willox.
Against: Nil.
Committee Recommendation
1. That pursuant to Clause 10.3.1 of Local Planning Scheme No.3, the application at Lot
14, House Number 136, Weaponess Road, Wembley Downs for a Change of Use
from Office to Consulting Rooms be APPROVED, subject to no more than two (2)
practitioners occupying the tenancy.
2. That pursuant to Clause 5.8.2 of Local Planning Scheme No.3, the cash in lieu
contribution for four (4) parking bays be WAIVED for this application (DA12/1206).
