to 12 October 2012 inclusive).
Councillor Elizabeth Re (granted a leave of absence for the period 18 September 2012 to
2 October 2012 inclusive).
3. DISCLOSURES OF INTERESTS
Councillor Boothman disclosed a Financial Interest in Item 10.1/AP1 as he has Woolworths
Shares in his Superfund.
Councillor Jenkinson disclosed a Financial Interest in Item 10.1/AP1 as she holds shares in
Woolworths through a Trust.
Councillor Willox disclosed a Financial Interest in Item 10.1/AP1 as he is a Woolworths
Shareholder.
The Acting Manager Approvals disclosed an Impartial Interest in Item 10.1/AP1 as her
spouse is an employee of Woolworths Limited.
Councillor Willox disclosed a Financial Interest in Item 10.1/AP2 as he is a Wesfarmers
Shareholder.
Councillor Stewart disclosed an Impartial Interest in Item 10.1/AP4 as the neighbour,
adjoining, at 22 Hale Road is well known to him.
4. PETITIONS
4.1 PETITION - REQUEST TO INSTALL A SOLAR LIGHT OR TIMED
ELECTRIC LIGHT INSIDE THE GAZEBO ABOVE THE TABLE/BENCH
SEATS AT DEANMORE SQUARE, CORNER BAZAAR TERRACE AND
HARVEST STREET IN SCARBOROUGH
The following petition containing 89 signatures has been received by the City:-
"We, the undersigned, do respectfully request that the Council please install a solar light or
timed electric light inside the gazebo above the table/bench seats at Deanmore Square,
corner Bazaar Terrace and Harvest Street in Scarborough."
The petition has been forwarded to the Recreation and Leisure Services Business Unit.
