car parking layout containing 1851 bays at Lot 4, House Number 388,
Scarborough Beach Road, Innaloo, be APPROVED.
2. That pursuant to Clause 2.8.2 of Town Planning Scheme No.38, the application
for a Use Not Listed (Manual Car Wash) at Lot 4, House Number 388,
Scarborough Beach Road, Innaloo, be REFUSED, as the proposal development
would have a detrimental impact on the amenity of local residents.
