information to the "client" in a
non-judgmental manner
If yes, what things did the
"provider/counselor" do that led
to a positive interaction
What could the
"provider/counselor" have done
to improve the interaction
between her/himself and the
"client"
Ask the "client" how the character
s/he played felt in this situation
• Repeat this exercise several times
with other case studies. For each
case study, choose two different Px
to act as the "provider/counselor" and
the "client.”
