Module 16/Unit 13 CONTENT Knowledge/Attitudes/Skills Training/Learning Methods (Time Required) ACTION PLAN (1 HOUR 40 MIN.) The trainer should: • Distribute the Action Plan Form (Px Handout 13.2). 13.2 • Explain that even though Px have not completed an assessment of their own facility, they can try to complete the Action Plan from their experience. • Divide Px into groups made up of colleagues from their own facility or area, if possible. • Allow 1 hour for the development of Action Plans and allow 10-15 minutes for each presentation. UNIT SUMMARY (5 MIN.) The trainer should summarize the unit content. POST-TEST AND PX EVALUATION (45 MIN.) The trainer should: • Pass out copies of post-test (Px Handout 13.3) and ask Px to complete the test. Allow approximately 15 minutes for this, but do not rush the Px. Encourage them to be as complete as possible in forming their answers.
