ACTION PLAN (1 HOUR 40 MIN.)
The trainer should:
• Distribute the Action Plan Form
(Px Handout 13.2).

• Explain that even though Px have not
completed an assessment of their
own facility, they can try to complete
the Action Plan from their experience.
• Divide Px into groups made up of
colleagues from their own facility or
area, if possible.
• Allow 1 hour for the development of
Action Plans and allow 10-15 minutes
for each presentation.
UNIT SUMMARY (5 MIN.)
The trainer should summarize the unit
content.
POST-TEST AND PX EVALUATION
(45 MIN.)
The trainer should:
• Pass out copies of post-test (Px
Handout 13.3) and ask Px to
complete the test. Remind Px that the
purpose of the test is to evaluate the
training, not the participants.
