Work-related travel by age group and household income
Table 11.2 shows changes in work-related trip rates for two age groups – ‘younger’
workers aged between 18 and 29 and those aged between 30 and 64. The best
conclusion from the table is that there is little evidence of differential change by
age group. The trends displayed are closely similar to that for the overall
population.
