This collection contains pho<strong>to</strong>copies of the Soviet War News from 1944. Included is<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation about the German invasion of the USSR, the ―sacking‖ of Kiev, the Babi Yar<br />

massacre, killings in Rovno (Rowne) and Odessa, Soviet prisoners of war, the Majdanek<br />

concentration camp, the German invasion of Es<strong>to</strong>nia, and the deportation and killing of<br />

citizens of L‘viv (Lvov).<br />
