RG-19.056 --- The Morris Kopels Papers<br />

This collection contains two copies of a songbook from the Bergen-Belsen displaced<br />

persons camp. The songbooks were part of the publication, Zamlung fun katset un ge<strong>to</strong><br />

lider, which was issued in 1946 by the Central Jewish Committee in Bergen Belsen. The<br />

same collection also appeared as an edition of the DP periodical Undzer Sztyme. The<br />

papers also include a pho<strong>to</strong>copy of a note <strong>to</strong> Morris Kopels‘ aunt, Sonya Kusevitsky.<br />
