This collection contains a memoir by Marianne Muller Vitez about her wartime<br />

experiences; two identification cards issued <strong>to</strong> Vitez‘s parents, Hans Muller and Alice<br />

Leven, in Morocco; Alice Muller‘s German passport; John Muller‘s German passport;<br />

Carte d‘identité d‘étranger de la Republique Francaise au Maroc <strong>for</strong> Marianne Muller; a<br />

list of clothes and household goods Alice Muller submitted <strong>to</strong> the Nazis be<strong>for</strong>e leaving<br />

occupied Belgium with the items on the list; and a Certificat d‘identité des refugies<br />

provenant d‘allemagne <strong>for</strong> Hans Muller issued by the Belgian government.<br />

the United States.
