Y ACUMULADOS<br />
octubre pasado, se radicaron y admitieron los<br />
presentes medios de impugnación, asimismo se<br />
propuso acumular los expedientes <strong>SG</strong>-<strong>JRC</strong>-<br />
577/<strong>2012</strong>, <strong>SG</strong>-<strong>JRC</strong>-578/<strong>2012</strong>, <strong>SG</strong>-<strong>JRC</strong>-579/<strong>2012</strong>,<br />
<strong>SG</strong>-JDC-5298/<strong>2012</strong>, y <strong>SG</strong>-JDC-5300/<strong>2012</strong> al<br />
diverso juicio <strong>SG</strong>-<strong>JRC</strong>-576/<strong>2012</strong>, por ser este<br />
último el más antiguo, para su pronta y<br />
congruente resolución en una sola sentencia.<br />
Asimismo, en el expediente <strong>SG</strong>-<strong>JRC</strong>-577/<strong>2012</strong>, se<br />
propuso tener por no presentado el escrito de<br />
tercero interesado suscrito por Benjamín<br />
Guerrero Cordero, quien se ostentó como<br />
representante del Partido Revolucionario<br />
Institucional.<br />
En el expediente <strong>SG</strong>-<strong>JRC</strong>-578/<strong>2012</strong> se tuvo por<br />
recibido el escrito de tercero interesado<br />
presentado por el Partido Acción Nacional.<br />
En el sumario <strong>SG</strong>-JDC-5298/<strong>2012</strong> se propuso<br />
tener por no presentado el escrito de tercero<br />
interesado suscrito por Jaime Prieto Pérez.<br />
En el expediente <strong>SG</strong>-JDC-5299/<strong>2012</strong> se tuvieron<br />
por recibidos los escritos de terceros interesados<br />
presentados por Alberto Esquer Gutiérrez, José<br />
Luis Munguía Cardona, Víctor Manuel Sánchez<br />
Orozco y Juan José Cuevas García.<br />
En el sumario <strong>SG</strong>-JDC-5300/<strong>2012</strong> se les tuvo<br />
compareciendo como terceros interesados a Juan<br />
Carlos Márquez Rosas y José Luis Munguía<br />
