ZAKLJUČAK<br />
Osteoporo<strong>za</strong> dobija epidemijske razmere, a zbog svojih posledica - fraktura, <strong>za</strong>služuje posebnu<br />
pažnju zdravstvene službe. Predlaže se primena principa medicine <strong>za</strong>snovane na dokazima u cilju ranog<br />
otkrivanja osteoporoze merenjem koštane gustine kod osoba sa priznatim faktorima rizika <strong>za</strong> frakturu<br />
kako bi se na vreme primenile odgovarujuće preventivne i terapijske mere.<br />
