Dock Branch must in all cases stop at North Dock Junction
Box, and in view of this, Drivers must set back steadily. The
propelled train must not be allowed to proceed to Fulwell
Crossing until permission has been received from the Gatekeeper
at that point, who must place the level crossing gates
against the roadway befdre giving permission. ( O . 6549).
