Leaks<br />

The leak sensor in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Agilent</strong> CE instrument is located in <strong>the</strong> lower right part<br />

of <strong>the</strong> instrument, see Figure 50.<br />

When <strong>the</strong> leak sensor is activated:<br />

• The error LED on <strong>the</strong> front of <strong>the</strong> instrument is illuminated.<br />

• The CE status displays an error.<br />

• A logbook entry is created.<br />

• The run is s<strong>to</strong>pped.<br />

• Pressure is released.<br />

• High voltage application is s<strong>to</strong>pped.<br />
