8 Maintenance<br />

Cleaning <strong>the</strong> Electrodes, Pre-punchers and Insulation Plate<br />

4 Carefully lift <strong>the</strong> red high voltage wire. The inlet electrode will come out.<br />

5 Slowly slide <strong>the</strong> insulation plate first <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> right (1.), <strong>the</strong>n tilt it up (2. and<br />

3.) and finally take it out.<br />

Make sure that <strong>the</strong> outlet electrode is not <strong>to</strong>uching <strong>the</strong> foam of <strong>the</strong> tray<br />

cooling or <strong>the</strong> lift station.<br />

1. Right shift<br />

2. Rotation<br />

3. Take out<br />

NOTE<br />

It is not possible <strong>to</strong> remove <strong>the</strong> outlet electrode without taking out <strong>the</strong> insulation plate.<br />

6 Remove <strong>the</strong> outlet electrode from <strong>the</strong> insulation plate using <strong>the</strong> 12 mm<br />

hexagonal socket screwdriver.<br />
