A) Provide adequate, effective housing and supportive services for individuals and families who are<br />

homeless or at risk of homelessness.<br />

B) Increase and preserve the stock of affordable units, ensure access to appropriate housing, support<br />

homeownership<br />

C) Maintain, improve and increase effective services and suitable housing for vulnerable persons in<br />

Special Populations<br />

D) Support a continuum of social and health services<br />

E) Support creation and retention of sustainable livable wage jobs; assist low-income individuals who wish<br />

to establish, expand or stabilize a small business by providing loans<br />

F) Ensure federal funds are spent in a timely manner.<br />

G) Ensure federal regulations are being followed.<br />
