• Increases to the IRS mileage reimbursement rate have caused slight increases to the non-salary budget.<br />

• Workload is down slightly in the account maintenance area due to a reduction in property sales, segregations and<br />

platting.<br />

• A workload spike will occur if the legislature increases the senior/disabled property tax exemption income threshold as<br />

expected. Some use of extra-help would be required for a short duration.<br />
