Desired Outcomes:<br />

A. Send certificate of mailing to the Secretary of State for each election demonstrating all ballots were mailed and<br />

election results are certified on time.<br />

B. Design and program ballot styles to include precise placement of jurisdictional and candidate races for paper,<br />

electronic and audio ballots.<br />

C. Verify that all voter addresses and streets are assigned to the correct precinct in the voter registration database.<br />

D. Voter outreach by publishing and electronically posting publications to assist voters with<br />

relevant election information and conduct local programs.<br />
