Effectiveness (Based on State Performance Audit Criteria)<br />

A) Does not redirect the requestor to submit their request a second time to a different department within the<br />

state agency or local government.<br />

A) Accept public records requests in multiple forms to include in person, by e-mail, in writing, by fax and by<br />

phone.<br />

B) Do not redact records or limit redactions to only those allowed or required by state law and explained the<br />

purpose to the requestor.<br />

B) Monitor average response time for each PDR request type and continue to explore methods to minimize<br />

response times.<br />

- Industry average cost to process one (1) gigabyte of data averages $2,000.00 per gigabyte.<br />
