Effectiveness (Based on State Performance Audit Criteria)
A) Does not redirect the requestor to submit their request a second time to a different department within the
state agency or local government.
A) Accept public records requests in multiple forms to include in person, by e-mail, in writing, by fax and by
phone.
B) Do not redact records or limit redactions to only those allowed or required by state law and explained the
purpose to the requestor.
B) Monitor average response time for each PDR request type and continue to explore methods to minimize
response times.
