Transfer Station Operations
This program includes administration of the contract with Waste Management for
operation of the Olympic View Transfer Station (OVTS) and hauling and disposal of
solid waste collected.
1. Continue to administer contract with Waste Management to provide cost
effective disposal service
2. Complete rate analysis
3. Determine need for additional scale at OVTS to improve traffic flow
