supported the conduct of a survey to study how<br />
and to what extent members of the public have<br />
identified with and <strong>in</strong>ternalised the core values<br />
promoted by the ICAC through various educational<br />
programmes. The Sub-committee advised CRD<br />
on the development of a framework and a set of<br />
<strong>in</strong>dicators and questions for test <strong>in</strong> a pilot survey<br />
and helped f<strong>in</strong>e-tune the questionnaire.<br />
APPRECIATION<br />
I wish to take this opportunity to record<br />
