定 居 人 士 傳 遞 肅 貪 倡 廉 的 信 息 : 包 括 於
本 港 海 、 陸 、 空 各 入 境 管 制 站 設 置 廣 告
版 和 張 貼 海 報 , 及 播 放 介 紹 本 港 的 防 貪
法 例 及 廉 署 工 作 的 短 片 , 並 於 民 政 事 務
總 署 發 給 新 來 港 人 士 的 指 南 中 加 入 防 貪
資 料 。
年 內 , 社 關 處 透 過 「 社 區 參 與 計
劃 」 資 助 20 間 非 政 府 機 構 , 為 新 來 港
定 居 人 士 舉 辦 多 元 化 的 倡 廉 教 育 活 動 ,
包 括 日 營 、 展 覽 、 義 工 培 訓 及 問 答 比 賽
等 。 此 外 , 社 關 處 亦 透 過 「 香 港 國 際 社
會 服 務 社 」 設 於 廣 州 及 深 圳 的 服 務 中
心 , 為 即 將 赴 港 定 居 人 士 及 來 往 內 地 香
港 之 間 的 家 庭 安 排 防 貪 倡 廉 活 動 。
廉 政 之 友
「 廉 政 之 友 」 於 一 九 九 七 年 成
立 , 旨 在 鼓 勵 市 民 支 持 和 參 與 肅 貪 倡 廉
的 工 作 。 截 至 二 零 零 六 年 年 底 , 該 會 有
超 過 一 千 名 來 自 不 同 背 景 的 會 員 , 包 括
專 業 人 士 、 地 區 人 士 、 在 職 青 年 、 學
生 、 退 休 人 士 和 家 庭 主 婦 等 。 社 關 處 除
了 為 會 員 安 排 迎 新 活 動 , 使 新 加 入 的 廉
政 之 友 了 解 廉 署 的 工 作 和 防 貪 法 例 外 ,
亦 籌 辦 聚 會 以 增 強 他 們 的 歸 屬 感 。 此
外 , 廉 署 更 定 期 出 版 「 廉 政 之 友 」 會
訊 , 向 會 員 發 布 有 關 廉 署 和 「 廉 政 之
友 」 的 最 新 資 料 。 會 員 則 透 過 積 極 參 與
推 行 地 區 倡 廉 活 動 , 協 助 廉 署 宣 傳 反 貪
信 息 。 年 內 有 383 位 廉 政 之 友 為 各 種 廉
署 舉 辦 的 宣 傳 活 動 提 供 了 合 共 3,678 小
時 的 服 務 。
廉 潔 選 舉
為 配 合 於 二 零 零 六 年 十 二 月 舉 行
的 選 舉 委 員 會 界 別 分 組 選 舉 , 社 關 處 開
展 了 多 項 以 推 廣 廉 潔 選 舉 為 主 題 的 活
動 , 藉 此 加 深 候 選 人 、 選 舉 代 理 人 、 助
選 成 員 及 選 民 對 《 選 舉 ( 舞 弊 及 非 法 行
為 ) 條 例 》 條 文 的 認 識 , 並 提 醒 他 們 在
During the year, we conducted a total of
43 "Meet-the-Public" sessions for 230 organisations
with members drawn from different walks of
life. Not only did these sessions enhance the
transparency of the ICAC, but also provided an
effective channel for the ICAC to gauge public
views on anti-corruption work.
To sustain a high level of ICAC presence
in the community and to keep the issue of
corruption on the public agenda, ICAC officers
attended various meetings of district consultative
committees to present the work of the ICAC.
Regular contacts were maintained with over 2,000
district organisations to sustain their support for the
anti-corruption cause.
Building Management
D u r i n g t h e y e a r, t h e D e p a r t m e n t
provided corruption prevention and education
services through 455 visits and talks to 430
owners' corporations and property management
companies. In addition, we conducted briefings
at seminars and courses on building management
related topics arranged by the Home Affairs
Depar tment and other organisations, and
promoted clean building management in the
Quality Building Management Competitions
organised by District Offices and District Councils,
reaching some 10,800 building management
personnel.
In view of the large number of corruption
complaints relating to building renovation work in
recent years, the Department conducted a series
of corruption prevention workshops for building
consultants, contractors and owners' corporations,
reaching 322 people. The Department continued
to work closely with the Hong Kong Housing
Society to provide preventive education services to
applicants of the Society's Building Management
and Maintenance Scheme. The Corruption
Prevention Network for Property Management,
which was set up in 2005, continued to expand
with a current membership reaching some 190
management staff from 85 property management
companies. Members were regularly provided
with updated anti-corruption information through
workshops and publications.
