Terms of Reference (as at 31 December 2006)
1. 向 廉 政 專 員 建 議 如 何 爭 取 公 眾 支 持 打
擊 貪 污 及 如 何 教 育 公 眾 認 識 貪 污 的 害
處 。
2. 聽 取 及 要 求 廉 政 公 署 社 區 關 係 處 報 告
為 達 致 上 述 目 標 而 進 行 的 工 作 。
3. 監 察 公 眾 對 廉 署 工 作 的 反 應 以 及 對 貪
污 所 持 的 一 般 態 度 。
1. To a d v i s e t h e C o m m i s s i o n e r o f t h e
Independent Commission Against Corruption
measures to be taken to foster public support
in combating corruption and to educate the
public against the evils of corruption.
2. To receive and call for reports on action taken
by the Community Relations Department of
the Commission in pursuance of (1) above.
3. To monitor community response to the
Commission's work and public attitudes
towards corruption in general.
