「 建 誠 信 創 未 來 」 青 年 培 訓 計 劃 , 目
的 為 裝 備 大 專 學 生 成 為 誠 信 領 袖 , 並 提
供 一 個 平 台 讓 本 港 、 內 地 和 海 外 大 專 學
生 作 出 交 流 。 活 動 內 容 包 括 一 系 列 工 作
坊 、 體 驗 日 營 、 個 案 研 習 比 賽 及 將 於 二
零 零 七 年 三 月 舉 行 的 青 年 高 峰 會 議 ; 個
案 研 習 比 賽 的 優 勝 者 將 獲 安 排 到 大 型 企
業 實 習 , 汲 取 實 際 工 作 經 驗 。 是 項 計 劃
共 吸 引 了 約 1,500 名 來 自 本 地 、 內 地 、
澳 門 及 海 外 的 大 專 學 生 參 與 。
年 內 , 社 關 處 繼 續 透 過 互 動 話
劇 、 講 座 及 工 作 坊 向 逾 80,000 名 中 學 及
大 專 學 生 宣 揚 貪 污 的 禍 害 。
為 支 援 初 中 老 師 的 德 育 教 學 , 社
關 處 就 個 人 、 社 會 及 人 文 教 育 範 疇 製 作
了 一 套 包 含 十 二 個 單 元 的 初 中 德 育 教 材
套 , 內 容 以 「 廉 潔 社 會 」 及 「 豐 盛 人
生 」 為 重 心 , 協 助 學 生 探 討 有 關 反 貪 的
課 題 及 鼓 勵 他 們 建 立 積 極 的 人 生 態 度 ,
並 已 安 排 在 學 校 作 試 教 。
年 內 , 社 關 處 亦 製 作 了 「 神 探 智
多 多 之 十 大 奇 案 」 德 育 動 畫 於 電 視 播
放 , 並 與 國 際 獅 子 總 會 中 國 港 澳 三 ○ 三
區 合 作 , 根 據 動 畫 的 內 容 編 寫 初 小 及 幼
稚 園 「 智 多 多 」 德 育 教 材 套 及 舉 辦 幼 稚
園 「 智 多 多 」 音 樂 劇 比 賽 , 向 小 朋 友 傳
遞 廉 潔 的 信 息 。
為 加 強 與 教 師 的 聯 繫 及 鼓 勵 德 育
教 學 的 交 流 , 社 關 處 年 內 舉 辦 了 兩 個
「 品 德 聯 線 」 教 師 研 討 會 , 邀 請 專 家 就
價 值 教 育 作 專 題 演 講 及 分 享 經 驗 , 並 透
過 定 期 出 版 「 拓 思 」 德 育 期 刊 與 教 師 保
持 聯 繫 及 交 流 德 育 教 學 的 經 驗 。 社 關 處
繼 續 定 期 更 新 教 師 德 育 資 源 網 , 包 括 就
時 事 話 題 製 作 網 上 德 育 教 材 供 教 師 使
用 。
During the year, HKEDC continued its
proactive partnering approach with chambers of
commerce, professional bodies and academic
institutions in advocating ethics as a first line of
defence against corruption. Seminars conducted
for company directors, chartered secretaries,
construction-related and accounting professionals,
business valuers and financial and insurance
intermediaries continued to be recognised
as a subject of their Continuing Professional
Development programmes.
In 2006, the Executive Director of the
Centre visited a number of international and
overseas organisations and shared with them
HKEDC's partnership strategy in promoting
b u sin e s s and p r o f e s sional e t hic s . T h e
organisations included the Ethics Resources Centre
in Washington DC, Ethics Office of the United
Nations, World Bank, Transparency International,
World Economic Forum, International Institute
for Management Development, US Office of
Government Ethics, New York City Conflict of
Interest Board and the InterAmerican Development
Bank.
YOUTH AND MORAL EDUCATION
Young people is a priority target for the
Department’s preventive education work. To
equip tertiary students with the knowledge and
skills to become ethical leaders and to provide
a forum of exchange for local and overseas
students, the Department organised a large-scale
training programme jointly with six professional
bodies and youth organisations in 2006. The
programme, entitled "Ethical Leadership for the
New Generation" Training Programme, comprised
a series of workshops, a training camp and a
management case study competition, which would
culminate in a youth summit to be held in March
2007. Winners of the case study competition
would be offered internship in leading enterprises.
About 1,500 local, Mainland, Macao and overseas
tertiary students enrolled in the programme.
During the year, the Department continued
its efforts to enhance the awareness of students
on the evils of corruption. More than 80,000
secondary and tertiary students were reached
through interactive drama performances, talks and
workshops.
