為 加 強 對 青 少 年 的 品 德 教 育 , 社
關 處 計 劃 於 明 年 初 推 出 一 個 以 兒 童 及 家
長 為 對 象 的 網 站 , 名 為 「 活 力 小 TEEN
地 」。 網 站 的 內 容 包 括 漫 畫 故 事 、 智 多
多 動 畫 系 列 、 電 子 遊 戲 、 有 關 廉 署 工 作
的 故 事 及 家 長 專 欄 等 。
跨 境 合 作
廉 署 繼 續 透 過 交 流 和 互 訪 , 與 內
地 的 反 貪 及 相 關 機 構 保 持 緊 密 的 工 作 關
係 。 廉 政 專 員 分 別 於 四 月 及 十 月 率 領 代
表 團 到 廣 州 及 北 京 , 造 訪 了 檢 察 院 , 監
察 及 公 安 機 關 , 彼 此 就 肅 貪 倡 廉 工 作 交
換 意 見 。 在 北 京 的 訪 問 行 程 中 , 廉 政 專
員 及 團 員 亦 參 加 了 國 際 反 貪 局 聯 合 會 第
一 次 年 會 暨 會 員 代 表 大 會 , 與 內 地 及 各
海 外 反 貪 污 組 織 分 享 香 港 的 廉 政 建 設 經
驗 。 此 外 , 廉 署 亦 多 次 應 邀 派 員 往 內 地
為 監 察 系 統 人 員 交 流 香 港 的 反 貪 工 作 。
年 內 , 廉 署 曾 接 待 監 察 部 副 部 長
李 玉 賦 先 生 ; 而 各 省 、 市 的 外 事 辦 公
室 、 檢 察 院 、 紀 律 檢 查 委 員 會 及 監 察 局
等 合 共 派 遣 26 個 代 表 團 共 586 名 官 員 探
訪 廉 署 , 藉 此 分 享 推 行 廉 政 工 作 的 經
驗 。
香 港 內 地 聯 絡 組 亦 應 中 央 人 民 政
府 駐 香 港 特 別 行 政 區 聯 絡 辦 公 室 、 各 商
會 、 大 專 院 校 及 其 他 中 介 機 構 的 要 求 ,
為 來 港 考 察 或 參 加 培 訓 課 程 的 內 地 人 士
舉 辦 講 座 , 介 紹 廉 署 的 工 作 。 年 內 共 舉
辦 了 203 講 座 , 接 觸 6,440 人 。
地 區 支 持
市 民 的 支 持 是 肅 貪 倡 廉 工 作 成 功
的 主 要 因 素 。 要 維 持 香 港 的 廉 潔 風 尚 ,
我 們 必 須 凝 聚 社 會 各 階 層 的 力 量 , 持 續
推 廣 誠 信 文 化 。 年 內 , 社 關 處 繼 續 與 18
區 區 議 會 及 地 區 團 體 合 作 , 以 「 誠 信 之
家 創 未 來 」 為 主 題 , 舉 辦 不 同 形 式 的 倡
To stimulate discussions of moral issues
among junior secondary students, the Department
produced a Personal, Social and Humanities
Education Package comprising 12 teaching
modules to facilitate teachers to explore with
students topics on "Corruption-free Society" and
"Fuller Life" through a project-based learning
approach. Arrangements have been made for pilot
teaching in schools.
In the year, the Department launched
a new "Gee-dor-dor" television cartoon series.
Based on the content of the cartoon, two teaching
packages for kindergartens and primary schools
were produced with sponsorship from the Lions
Clubs International District 303 Hong Kong and
Macau, China. The Department also joined hands
with the Lions Clubs to organise a "Gee-dor-dor"
Musical Competition to promote positive values to
children.
To provide a forum for exchange on moral
education and strengthen the liaison network
with teachers, the Department organised two
"Integrity Links Seminars" for teachers during
the year. Through these seminars, professionals
with expertise in value education shared their
knowledge and experience with participating
teachers on effective ways of conducting moral
education. The "ICAC Periodical", published
at regular intervals, also served to maintain a
link with teachers and encourage the sharing
of experience in moral education work. The
Department continued to update the contents of
the Moral Education Web for teachers, including
the production of online lesson plans in response
to emerging topical issues.
To strengthen moral education work
for young people, the Department planned to
launch early next year, a new website, entitled the
'Kidsland' for primary students and their parents.
The new website would feature comic stories,
Gee-dor-dor animation cartoon series, e-games,
stories about the work of ICAC, and parenting
columns.
CROSS BOUNDARY COOPERATION
The ICAC continued to maintain a close
working relationship with its counterparts in the
Mainland through exchange visits and liaison
