廉 活 動 , 鞏 固 市 民 對 反 貪 工 作 的 支 持 及
強 化 社 會 的 廉 潔 文 化 。 這 些 活 動 共 接 觸
逾 40 萬 名 市 民 。
年 內 , 社 關 處 為 230 個 地 區 組 織
舉 辦 了 43 次 會 晤 市 民 茶 敘 , 接 觸 不 同 階
層 的 市 民 。 這 些 茶 敘 不 但 能 提 高 廉 署 的
透 明 度 , 還 有 助 社 關 處 蒐 集 市 民 對 廉 署
反 貪 工 作 的 意 見 。
各 分 區 辦 事 處 職 員 亦 出 席 各 地 區
諮 詢 委 員 會 的 會 議 , 介 紹 廉 署 的 工 作 方
針 , 並 與 逾 2,000 個 地 區 組 織 保 持 緊 密
聯 繫 , 爭 取 他 們 對 肅 貪 倡 廉 工 作 的 支
持 。
樓 宇 管 理
年 內 , 社 關 處 為 430 個 業 主 立 案
法 團 舉 辦 了 455 次 探 訪 和 講 座 。 此 外 ,
該 處 亦 為 民 政 事 務 總 署 及 相 關 機 構 安 排
廉 署 講 座 , 並 透 過 由 各 區 民 政 事 務 處 /
區 議 會 舉 辦 的 廉 潔 樓 宇 管 理 研 討 會 和 優
質 樓 宇 管 理 比 賽 推 廣 廉 潔 樓 宇 管 理 , 共
接 觸 約 10,800 名 參 與 樓 宇 管 理 的 人 士 。
由 於 近 年 廉 署 接 獲 有 關 大 量 樓 宇
維 修 的 貪 污 投 訴 , 社 關 處 舉 辦 了 一 系 列
分 別 以 工 程 顧 問 、 承 辦 商 及 業 主 立 案
法 團 為 對 象 的 防 貪 工 作 坊 , 共 接 觸 322
人 。 另 外 , 社 關 處 繼 續 與 香 港 房 屋 協 會
緊 密 合 作 , 向 其 「 樓 宇 管 理 維 修 綜 合 計
劃 」 的 參 加 者 提 供 防 貪 服 務 。 而 於 二 零
零 五 年 成 立 的 物 業 管 理 公 司 防 貪 網 絡 的
會 員 人 數 持 續 增 長 , 現 已 有 近 190 名 來
自 85 間 物 業 管 理 公 司 的 管 理 人 員 參 加 ,
會 員 可 透 過 工 作 坊 及 定 期 刊 物 獲 得 最 新
的 防 貪 資 訊 。
新 來 港 定 居 人 士
社 關 處 繼 續 與 有 關 政 府 部 門 及 非
政 府 機 構 合 作 , 透 過 不 同 渠 道 向 新 來 港
activities. The Commissioner led two official
delegations to visit Guangzhou and Beijing in
April and October 2006 respectively. During
the visits, there were fruitful exchanges with the
procuratorates, the supervisory and the public
security bodies on anti-corruption work. In
Beijing, the Commissioner and ICAC delegates
also took part in the First Annual Conference and
General Meeting of the International Association of
Anti-Corruption Authorities to share Hong Kong's
anti-corruption experience with the Mainland
and overseas anti-corruption organisations.
ICAC officers were also invited to the Mainland
on several occasions to present Hong Kong's
corruption-fighting strategy to officials from various
supervisory bodies.
In the year, the Vice-Minister of the
Ministry of Supervision, Mr LI Yu-fu, visited
the ICAC. We had also received a total of 586
visitors in 26 delegations from foreign affairs
bureaux, procuratorates, commissions for
discipline inspection and supervision bureaux
of various provinces and cities. These visits
provided valuable opportunities for the ICAC and
our Mainland counterparts to exchange views
on anti-corruption work and enhance mutual
understanding.
The Hong Kong Mainland Liaison Office
also conducted briefing sessions on the work of
the ICAC to Mainland personnel who were on
study tours or training courses in Hong Kong.
These talks were arranged upon requests of
organisations including the Liaison Office of the
Central People's Government in the HKSAR,
chambers of commerce, tertiary education
institutions and other intermediaries. During the
year, a total of 203 briefings were held for 6,440
visitors from the Mainland.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Public support is critical to the success
of anti-corruption work. During the year, the
Department continued to join hands with all the
18 District Councils and district organisations to
organise multi-faceted activities to reinforce the
community's commitment in fostering a probity
culture. These activities reached more than
400,000 people.
