和 英 語 演 講 技 巧 的 培 訓 課 程 ; 更 為 43 名
職 員 提 供 內 容 相 等 於 香 港 考 試 及 評 核 局
普 通 話 水 平 測 試 預 修 課 程 的 密 集 培 訓 ,
以 確 保 他 們 的 普 通 話 能 力 達 致 良 好 水
平 , 以 應 付 職 務 上 的 需 要 。
廉 署 繼 續 透 過 多 技 能 發 展 培 訓 ,
讓 一 般 及 支 援 職 系 人 員 學 習 不 同 支 援 職
務 所 需 的 知 識 和 技 能 。 年 內 共 有 48 名 職
員 參 加 該 等 培 訓 課 程 。
廉 署 秉 承 鼓 勵 職 員 不 斷 追 求 自 我
發 展 的 宗 旨 , 在 二 零 零 六 年 內 向 27 名 職
員 提 供 學 習 資 助 以 修 讀 外 間 課 程 。 廉 署
又 進 一 步 推 動 透 過 網 上 學 習 中 心 進 行 網
上 學 習 , 加 強 網 上 課 程 的 種 類 和 內 容 。
年 內 , 廉 署 網 上 學 習 中 心 共 錄 得 10,140
點 擊 次 數 , 並 接 獲 218 項 報 讀 網 上 培 訓
課 程 的 申 請 。
廉 署 除 了 提 升 其 訓 練 營 的 住 宿 設
施 外 , 又 加 強 營 內 的 培 訓 設 施 , 增 設 機
動 培 訓 設 備 及 繩 網 陣 , 作 個 人 挑 戰 、 領
導 才 能 和 建 立 團 隊 等 訓 練 之 用 。
職 員 關 係 與 福 利
廉 政 公 署 職 員 協 商 委 員 會 由 廉 政
專 員 擔 任 主 席 , 並 由 25 名 選 自 各 部 門 及
職 級 的 職 員 代 表 組 成 。 設 立 該 委 員 會 ,
可 讓 職 員 就 一 些 有 關 服 務 條 件 及 福 利 事
宜 , 直 接 向 廉 政 專 員 表 達 意 見 。 廉 署 屬
下 三 個 部 門 及 行 政 總 部 亦 設 有 類 似 的 溝
通 渠 道 。 四 個 部 門 的 職 員 協 商 委 員 會 均
會 定 期 舉 行 會 議 , 並 由 個 別 部 門 的 首 長
擔 任 主 席 。 一 般 職 系 協 商 委 員 會 是 管 方
和 一 般 職 系 人 員 的 另 一 溝 通 渠 道 , 由 身
兼 一 般 職 系 首 長 的 助 理 處 長 / 行 政 擔 任
主 席 , 成 員 包 括 該 職 系 人 員 選 出 的 11 名
代 表 。 年 內 , 各 職 員 協 商 委 員 會 共 舉 行
了 13 次 會 議 。

applications and information technology security.
On language proficiency, we organised
courses on Putonghua, Chinese and English
writing, and English presentation skills for 145
officers during the year. In particular, we provided
43 officers with intensive training, equivalent to a
preparatory course for the Hong Kong Examination
and Assessment Authority's Putonghua Level Test,
so as to ensure that they attain a good level of
Putonghua proficiency for discharging their duties.
We continued to equip our general
and support grades officers with the necessary
knowledge and skills for different support duties
through multi-skilled training. During the year, 48
officers attended this kind of training courses.
As an on-going effort to promote selfdevelopment
among staff, we granted sponsorship
to 27 officers for undertaking private studies. We
also stepped up online learning through the ICAC
Cyber Learning Centre (ICLC) by enriching the
variety and content of the web-courses. In 2006,
the ICLC recorded a total of 10,140 hits and there
were 218 registrations for web courses.
Apart from upgrading the residential
facilities, we enhanced our training facilities in the
ICAC Training Camp by putting in place tactical
training facilities and a rope course for personal
challenges, leadership and team building training.
STAFF RELATIONS AND WELFARE
The Staf f Consultative Committee
comprises the Commissioner as Chairman and
25 elected staff representatives of various ranks
and departments. The Committee provides a
channel for staff to express their views direct to the
Commissioner on matters relating to conditions
of service and welfare. Similar channels of
communication exist within the three departments
and the Administration Branch. Each of the
four departmental staff consultative committees
holds regular meetings, which are chaired by the
respective Head of Department. The General
