<strong>Encore</strong> <strong>Two</strong> <strong>User</strong> <strong>Manual</strong> Issue 1EQ & Dynamics (Digital)The EQ curve is displayed as a solid red area that shows the effect on thesignal across the full frequency range.Boost is shown above the centre line and Cut is shown below the centreline.The EQ & filter curves are displayed as a thick red block when in circuit,and as a broken blue box when turned off.This allows you to preview the shape of the EQ or filters before switchingit in circuit.The dynamics meter is shown as a single red line when in circuit (or a blueline when out of circuit) which chases as changes are made on thesurface.Both the curves and values are updated dynamically when changes aremade to control settings on the console surface and as individual elementsare turned on and off.> To change the set of EQ parameters displayed, click the Band 1/4 orBand 5/8 radio button.> To change the path displayed press the Access key for the requiredpath on the surface.The EQ and Dynamics displays can also be shown in smaller form onsystems with a TFT meter bridge.- 164 -
