Encore Two User Manual Issue 1Installation InstructionsThe software is installed in two parts:• System Files• Encore Plus files.The System Files are installed first, and provide support files and driversused by Encore.The computer will then restart and the Encore Two applications will beinstalled.You will be required to select a console type during the installation of theEncore Two applications.The computer will then restart again, after which the software is ready foruse.Do not use the Offline Encore Two software to install or upgradea full Encore Two installation that is attached to a console!!> Close any applications that are open.> In Windows Explorer open the Encore folder and runEncorePlus100J.exe (the software build number may be greater thanthis).The installation wizard will initialise and display a Welcome dialogue box.If you do not wish to proceed with the installation then this is the pointat which to stop.> Click the Cancel button on the above screen, and a warning will bedisplayed.> Click the Exit Setup button.If you choose to resume the installation process, do not interrupt orcancel the installation process once you have proceeded beyond thispoint.> Click the Next> button to proceed with the installation.The Select Components dialogue box will be displayed.System Files and Encore Two are both selected.A first time installation requires both.> Click the Next> button.- 209 -
